Creating a Secure Reptile Setup

A suitable hide gives reptiles somewhere to withdraw from open areas of the enclosure. For many species, using sheltered areas in different temperature zones allows the animal to choose a comfortable location while remaining under cover.

Always check that the entrance and internal space are appropriate for the individual animal being housed.
